Refund policy
We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are damaged on arrival or incorrectly sent. As our products are custom printed products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective,
- You received the wrong item
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return Contact us at admin@flutterink.co.nz with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns should be sent to: Golflands, Auckland, 2013, New Zealand.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Custom or personalised orders that match the approved design
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@flutterink.co.nz.
